The back side of the cross is set with white enamel , center reads the motto "S Nami Bog" (translates into "God is with us") and dated " 19 Fevralya 1879" ( February 19, 1878) - date of the signing of the Treaty of San Stefano. Set on a red ribbon, 30" long. Weight of the medal approx. 80 grams.
