Lot 450New gents Limited Edition Dewitt Academia Quantum Perpetual Nebula GMT in 18K rose gold (crowns, bezel ring and caseback), 18K white gold ( bezel ), titanium ( case sides) and ceramic ( black components), Ref#AC.7021.35.M1001. No. 33 of a limited production of 99. On original reptile strap with 18K rose gold deployant buckle, sapphire display caseback, 43mm case diameter. Self winding movement, 2nd time zone complication indicated by additional red skeleton hour hand, perpetual calendar with day, date, month, leap year functions, 24 hour indicator and phases of the moon. Black dial finished with linear "Cotes De Geneve" guilloche pattern with metallic grey sub dials. Box and papers. The NGC 1300 is a "nebula" (literally "cloud" used to describe galaxies from which stars are formed) located millions of light years from earth. The distinctive spiral shaped galaxy has been painstakingly recreated on a silicium plate at the moonphase sub dial. Working order.
